The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

1. Processing time

Processing time: 0~3 working days. Fulfilled: Mon - Sat.

Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.

We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

2. Shipping Time

Ship to United States: 3-6 working days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL/USPS/Fedex/UPS.

Ship to Canada: 4-7 working days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL/Fedex.

Ship to Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 3-7 working days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL.  About 7-10 working days via GESWL 

Ship to United Arab Emirates: 7-10 working days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL.

Ship to South Africa: 7-10 working days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL/Dpex.

Ship to other countries: 7-10 working days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL/Dpex.

Attention: although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

 

Please Noticed:

We don't ship orders on Sunday, because shipping companies all do not work on Sunday. 

Processing & shipping times may be extended during holidays.

Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after submission when the phone number is missing or the address is incomplete. Longer than that, order will be cancelled and money will be returned accordingly. So please make sure to leave the correct shipping address and contact number when you place an order.

About Tax

We don't collect any tax in most countries at present.

In certain countries, Customs offices may charge taxes on certain types of imported products at certain item quantities and values. Customs offices in other countries may not adopt this practice. You are responsible for finding out the specific arrangements in your own country.
