Okay so let's start with the presentation. It comes this very pretty pink satin bag with 2 wig caps and a pair of cute lashes. The softness....OMG this hair is so soft I couldn't keep my hands out of it. With that being said there was very little shedding. Now it did have a bit of a smell but all you have to do is wash it with a mild shampoo or co-wash.. I use the TPH brand. It also doesn't get hot and itchy and I live in Texas so we have summer for 10 months and winter for 2 lol so that is super important for me. I got the 18 inch and it hits right at my armpit so for me that is a good length. I'm definitely going to buy more hair from this seller.
